Colour Contrast Continuity

My new computer is refusing to work with Picasa and every time I try to go to sort my photographs it says it it has written an error report to Microsoft and do I wish to send it.

I have come back on Rob's laptop to write this but I shall not post anymore via this computer. If Rob cannot get the computer that has cost me over £400 to fulfil the basic requests I make then I shall forget the internet.

I do not have any more money to buy another computer.
